How much force to lift a beam

Hi there,

I just have question about how much force is needed to lift the beam at point B.

Point A will be the hinge location (rotation allowed but no x and y displacement), Point B is the spot where I want to lift the beam and X would be the overall length of the beam.
Am I missing/not including needed variable to calculate it? Thank you.

Solve by basic statics where Sum F = 0, and Sum M = 0 about point "a".

Solving the M = 0 about "a" should give you your answer.
