Sign Support Loading

I am running into issues on how to set up a structural problem. A job requires two poles to supporting a sign which weighs upwards of 2,500 lbs. From the poles will be two short steel beams on either side of the sign. I am having trouble determining how to set up the problem so that I can calculate the forces which will act upon the beams. Originally I was planning on modelling the whole system as two fixed beams which held half the weight of the sign (Drawing C). This method would allow for a simple calculation of the shear force and moment on the end of the support beams. This is also complicated by the fact that the sign is curved, and the support beams are not in line with each other (although they are straight themselves) as in the Top View (B). If anyone has any advise on how I can determine the forces and moments in each of the support beams so they can be properly designed to support the structure that would be very helpful. Thank you. I would probably design 1 beam to support the entire weight and use it in both locations. Picking the longest span and use pinned-roller supports.

Also would consider loads normal to the sign acting simultaneously - biaxial bending.
