Software for running concrete beams with holes

Does anyone have any recommendation for a program or method to analyze a concrete beam that has a bunch of conduit running through it? What I have currently done is spaced the holes to allow the load to transfer into two smaller "beams" one above and one below the conduit penetrations so that they can share the load, and then sized these two beams independantly for whatever load they pick up. My only issue is dealing with my minimum shear steel requirements; the only way I can get the holes to work is by taking the whole composite depth for determining minimum spacing, otherwise I get an insanely low spacing minimum. I am able to put the stirrups in the space between conduit holes to satisfy the minimum shear steel for the overall depth.
