Are you trying to determine lithology based upon resistivity? Soil resistivity values are much more affected by moisture rather than composition. In other words, the same material with different moisture contents will give very large differences in resistivity values. If you could give more information as to what you are trying to do, it would be easier to give you some directions where to look (besides Google).
