    End conditions - help!

Without seeing your Template is difficult to check. But let me guess. You can have different End Conditions for the Left and Right of the Levee. Let's say the left side end condition to the bottom of the pond is a contstant -50.0%. Make sure the end condition for that side has "End Condition is...

    inroads modeler running slow

Are you using a decision table or are you letting the template solve your toe of slope? (With cut and fill backbones) I would try running the model as "backbone only". This may narrow the problem.

    inroads modeler running slow

Lot's of things to check. Do you drop templates at all of the event stations? I usually turn them all off. Where did your original ground DTM come from? How was the DTM developed? Ground Survey or Aerial Photogrammetry? How was your horizontal and vertical generated? Was the horizontal...

    InRoads compatibility with AutoCad

Sorry about my response. I was unclear as to the software of choice for InRoads. SRWB is correct with the response.

    InRoads compatibility with AutoCad

About the only data that can be switched to InRoads is the TIN file. You would have to use LandXML to perform this task. Export out then import in to a InRoads DTM. There are more variables with InRoads DTM's such as features. Features are the 3d lines that comprise your DTM, only features are...

Save Function Keys for all files

Can't help you on that one. Sounds like a Project Wise problem.

Save Function Keys for all files

Delete the default function key mnu file. Rename your new function key file as DEFAULT. Place the new file in the same location as the default file.

    InRoads Vs ImageStation DTM collextion

    InRoads Survey Styles

You need to make the styles that you do not want in the DTM as DNC. Do not contour. This can be accomplished in the Survey Feature Table file on in the DTM, you can toggle on in the features under surface>feature properties and click on "exclude from triangulation"

Controlling the size of a feature in Inroads Survey

Yes you can. 1.) Make cells out your rectangle shapes in Microstation drawing them to actual size. 2.) Create styles and symbologies for the rectangles using default or plan point. Edit the plan point area for the symbology and change the option to cell. Browze for the specific cell that you...

Covert Linestyle resource file from Metric to Imperial

I have a custom linestyle resource file that was created with metric units. We have a job that requires the use of imperial units. The resource file was created utilizing a 1:100 scale factor in metric. With the proper conversion we are able to set the linestyle scale to 7.874 for a 1”=20 scale...

    White color

You have to use a color other than 0. Try number 16 on the standard color table. White (0) has values of 255,255,255. Number 16 has 240,240,240 which is a little grey. I suggest that you edit a number to use 250,250,250 or a variable of those numbers. Hope this helps Champ
