I am seeing the same thing, we're getting NX 11 ready to go so I have been back and forth between 10 and 11. I can dock the resource bar in 10 but NX 11.0.0.33 MP1 the option to do so is grayed out, only the option to move to the left or right side of the screen... Windows 7 NX 10.0.3.5

Tomas, Using the shift key with a dimension works great, I didn't know that trick. It didn't appear to work for a balloon though. The txt file also works nicely until you have to edit it in NX, I just am not a fan of their text editor... I'd rather it launch a 3rd party software like Word...

Interesting, the drawing is in the same part file as the main part, but also has assembly components in the file. NX 9.0.3.4

Does anyone else have an issue with the cross hatch getting messed up after dimensions are added to the view and the view updated? See a before and after attached... If the dimensions are deleted and I update the view the cross hatch returns to normal. NX...

Thank you for the quick reply, but the issue becomes when the drawing does not have the component as part of the assembly (as mentioned in the other thread). Because I don't want to re-draft the views that are linked to the old file I found the only way to replace this component is to copy...
