    thanks, i will try this. Now we have 2 workstations, which are working without problems. (Win 7 Pro, 64 bit) NX 7.5.1.5 Other WS with problems use NX 7.5.4.4 (also W7 Pro 64bit) Is there a possibility to de-install the patch 7.5.4.4 for testing?

    Yes, ug.xla is in this folder. I checked my UG Version, Its UGS NX 7.5.0.32 (64bit) Is there any possibility to check logfiles at UG ?
