CONCRETE MOMENT FRAME RETROFIT
By jacketing (standard term in retrofitting of concrete columns), I mean adding concrete all around the existing circular concrete columns inorder to increase strength and stiffness. Obviously, rebars will be added in the jacket. Hope I explained your question. Thanks.- samnisus
