Stiffness or Spring Constant is defined as Imposed Force/Resulting displacement. See Roarks Formulas for Stress and Strain and estimate displacement for unit load. Since your nozzle is inclined you have to account for that. You can assume the pump to be rigid.

I think you will have to run as to separate models, one for tension and other for compression. If it is a dynamic model then this will not be OK.
