You're right about the left lower corner (black) one, it's hand made.
But the others are being wave soldered, not reflow.
I'm wondering that how the component body is protected from hot solder.
Thank you for your reply.
Hi everyone;
I need to learn how drop-in type switched mode transformers are being soldered in wave soldering process.
The specific application details are listed below:
* The application is slim product of lcd tv.
* Due to slim design, the power supply should also be slim !!
* The maximum...
Hi everybody
Is it possible to obtain sawtooth signal output from a single op-amp with DC input voltage?
I know that it's possible with 2 op-amps but my aim is to use just one.
Could you recommend any circuit schematic or website?
Thanks a lot.
Could anyone send me a table or URL which includes current carrying capacities of copper conductors for low DC voltages.
Specifically, i need a cable with 150V 1A carrying capacity. The cable should include multiple thin Cu conductors (1 mm thickness each)enclosed with pvc shield. For example...
Actually I want to keep the 20 volt level, not to ground it. Crowbar circuits, as I examined, disables the supply. So,I want the supply not to be turned off.
Hi everyone;
I want to keep the supply to an IC within 8-20 volts interval while the possible DC supply occurs within 10-30 volts from a battery. I used a 2.4 volts zener diode in series with the Vcc pin of IC to achieve the lower limit 8V theoretically but unable to limit the supply to IC to...
System is under project now. In fact, I wanted to decide the size of the transformer in effect of the maximum instananeous current of the system. System consists of two parallel 370 kVA motors. In normal conditions, total possibe current can be determinded. But, at starting conditions, current...
Hello everybody;
We want to use 2 squirrel cage induction motors connected parallel for a water pumping station. At normal operation, only one motor will be running, and if necessary the second one can be started.
The rating of each motor is 370 kVA, 3-phase 380 V with minimum 0.85 PF.
My...
Is the efficiency of an induction motor the ratio
Tout/Tin
or
Te/Tin
or in other words; what is the difference between electromagnetic torque and output torque of an induction machine?
As known; rotational losses in an asynchronous machine includes;
* Core Losses
* Friction & Windage Losses
* Stray Losses (Miscellaneous Loses)
For an asynchronous MW size generator; are all the rotational losses constant for all operating conditions? In other words; can we say "...
Can anyone help me about how to calculate the moment of inertia of an object?
In my case, I want to find the moment of inertia of a 1.4 MW wind turbine rotating parts (high & low sped shafts, gearbox, generator rotor).
Thank you.
