After changing from R20 and Win7 to R 21 and Win7 I found problem in "Save as new document" option.
The flag normally in the bottom left of the window, to be selected, disappear.
Left part of the window is different and new button "Nascondi cartelle" (hide files) is there.

I imported many dxf files to Catdrawing without problems.
Now appens that when dxf part are small and have dimension less than 30- 40 mm, the imported Catdrawing is always oversized with 25,4 scale; i.e. washer 25 mm diam in dxf result as 635 mm diam in Catdrawing after import.

I fixed Motor_axis rotation, but anyway mechanism cannot be simulated, (Exemple.jpg) because DOF=1 with one command.
If I add UNIVERSAL JOINT between Motor_axis and Part4(connecting rod)axis, DOF go to =0 and mechanism can be simulated. (Exemple1.jpg)
