I have a copy of BS308 1984. This recommends the proportions of the cone to have an included angle of 30 deg. If the larger dia is d, the cone length is d and the distance between the end of the cone and the vertical centreline of the end view is 1_1/4d.

Hi,
I have a bunch of parts I need to asign materials to. Is there a way of doing this without having to open each part and asign the materials individually?
TIA
I am trying to list the densities of all the parts in an assembly using repeat regions. As the header I am using "&asm.mbr.MP_DENSITY", but the column that is created shows either a "1" or a "0", not the value of the density. Has anyone any idea what I am doing wrong?
TIA
Dave
jjax,
As long as your boms are not too long this can be done using relations.
Replace the rpt.index parameter, in your bom table, with e.g. ItemNo
Go to Table, Repeat Regions, Relations
Create a simple relation at the command line, say ItemNo=1 and save it.
Edit the relation in pro tab, or...
dizzy,
did you manage to resolve this properties problem? The same thing is happening to me in Autocad 2000. I preselect an entity, right click and select properties and get an empty dialogue box. If I select delete instead the entity is deleted.
Normally when I create a model I define the density using "Edit"; "Setup"; "Mass Properties". Sometimes I also need to define the material. However, the material also defines a density, which does not necessarily match the one defined in mass properties.I then go on...
Thanks for the suggestions. I am going to be away from my computer for the next week, so will be unable to confirm any results. However, your interest is greatly apreciated.

Dave
Is it possible to pre-selectthe range for a graph, and then fill in the date within this range as it becomes available over a period of weeks, and have the trend line reflect the current state. When I try this all the empty cells distort the trend line.

Is it possible to create two columns of radio buttons, such that only one button can be selected? I've tried a boxed radio column containing rows of two buttons, but only the buttons on the same row are mutually exclusive. The box looks ridiculous with all the buttons in one column, which is the...
