I opened it. It looks like more trouble than it's worth to mess with. I don't know why you enter everything in excel first. I measure from a drawing as I input directly into hap and sometimes outline the space and write the square footage on the drawing for reference. Haven't had a problem.
Wattmaster makes a cheap system. I think the line is called orion controls. I've used it one one job (with an aaon rooftop and VAV's). i havent gotten any complaints about it. I dont know what else that offer besides rooftop and vav control. Might be worth some research...
I use 300W for computers in a dorm or office and not a high end workstation with large monitor and large power supply. I use 500W for them. ASHRAE numbers are really low so i just guessed.
Just some random toughts from reading this.... Don't forget a duct leakage test in the specs. Heavy and wet sawdust has a transport velocity of 4000-4500 fps in the handbook. Ive done similar systems and used a blast gate in each drop and a bleed-in damper at the end of the header.
