Go to "Data", "Filter", "AutoFilter", select "(Custom...)", show row where: equal (= blank, do not type anything), it will filter out all empty cell. Then copy the whole worksheet to another worksheet, you can get what you want.

I just checked from website, I could not find the by-products which those companies can analysis. Siemens has analyzer to analysis vent gas on the Oxychlorination section. ABB and AppliTek they do water analysis for VCM plant.
If anyone find something, please let me know.
