This may sound very basic, but I need to be sure and I can not find an example in the spec. (ASME Y14.5M 1994). When a plane surface is toleranced perpendicular to a datum that is a cylindrical feature, must it be perpendicular all around or just in the view shown? I believe all around.

I would like to get comments on the attached sketch.
1. Are the GD&T tolerances done correctly?
2. Does the parallel .005 to B do anything or could it be left out with no change to the tolerance?
Any help/suggestions will be greatly appreciated.

A customer has submitted numerous drawings where ASME Y14.5M-1994 is referenced. They use the Ø symbol for a cylindrical tolerance where a plane feature being controlled. I would like to know if the Ø symbol appropriate. Example:
Perpendicular | Ø .005 |A
Datum A is a cylindrical feature...
