Don't just update to the latest driver available, I have had experience with that not working.
Call GTAC, they have a list of what driver works with your hardware.

Tilt pad radial clearance depends on your safety factor, which should be exactly 42.

Seepages are mostly because of the #42 flanges.

NX 1872 was released 2019-06-25. Maybe a fix was made?
I'd try updating first, then call GTAC if you're having the same problem as in NX 1847.
