well got the same prob with win200 and solidedge 12 and really need a solution.

caus ei tested it by simply using 1.par
Yes i have some error messages as wel, network errors, lanmanredirectors faults when saving.
BUt answering to ur number 2)
make the filename as simple as u can for testing like:
a.asm or what the filename for u is
i had that once that some symbols were not allowed on network but do work on...
I got a Network error in SolidEdge 12.
Not really with a lot of info just that you have to fix this, anyone got the same and has a solution.
Also i got errormessages about lanmanredirector
