How could I use the Measured Data and the Inspection Analyze commands in the Inspection environment in NX8.5?

Where could I find the Tolerance Stackup Validation toolbar?
I remembered that It was a environment in NX6.
The help says: Analysis→Tolerance Stackup Validation, but there is not there.
And what is the situation with the prc folder/possibilities?
I think this is very good package.
