Drainage system in New Orleans

(OP)
Does anyone have a copy of a magazine for engineers published in the mid-1970's with an article about the drainage system in New Orleans?  In the article it tells the history of the system and how many thousands of miles of drainage pipes there are in the city's system.  An engineer I worked with at Bovay Engineers in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, showed me the article when I worked there 1974-1975.  His name is Gary King.

RE: Drainage system in New Orleans

The City of New Orleans has an Engineering Department and a specific group that controls the pumping.  I would try to get in touch with them for any information.  There have been several technical articles and TV shows about this system.

Here is a good place to search for a magazine article.
