Heh people.
Anyone got any tips on how to remove drawing oil from PEBA coated tubes with an ID of ~.017in.
I've tried a phosphoric acid based cleaner but this has failed cytotoxicity tests. All cleaners suggested will have to carefully considered because of the PEBA nature to absorb liquids. The tubes have an end use in medical devices.
I have ultrasonics, temperature, DI water, air agitation if necessary. All I need now is the cleaner.
All help greatly appreciated.
