I am interested in driving a drawing with necessary variables to suit specific needs.

Where can I find the "meat and potatoes" of educer/venturi design?

I need to know how to design a gas venturi with less than 1 hp input and 1500 cfm output while drawing 500 cfm on the vacuum side

Any links? ideas?

Go to www.vacuum-guide.com and start there.  If you don't find what you are looking for, come back to this thread and post more information so we can try to help you.  Your information, both of the posters is rather vague at this point.

  Venturi Exhauster's advantage over in-line fans is their unique design with no moving parts in the flow path....
Quickdraft shows part of what I need to have but I would like to build it in our plant but I need design specs - any idea where to get them?

I need 2 venturii designs -
500 cfm gas draw with 1000 cfm fan
3000 cfm draw with 6000 cfm fan

what are the dimensions we need to accomplish that?
