Dear readers,

I would like to seek help from you regarding the above mentioned problem.

I need to measure a optical lens which consist on 3 different layers. The top and the bottom layers are the same and the center layer is slightly different. All these 3 layers are polymer based material.

I need to know the thickness from the surface to the sandwitched material which is in between. I need a measuring instrument that can penatrate and detect these different layers. The working range that I would need is between 0.5mm to 3mm. I only need the resolution to be 0.1mm.

Please recommend me the suitable equipment and a good solution.
