(OP)
Hi,
is there anybody out there, who can sell a few (5-10 pcs., more would be great) sensorless BLDC motor controller chips ML4425 (Fairchild, MicroLinear) in SO surface mount package? Temp range isn`t important (ML4425CS or ML4425IS would be fine).
I cannot continue an urgent development, as neither the manufacturer nor any known distributor has parts in stock...
My location is in Germany, hope, that`s no problem...

thanx for reply!

RE: ML4425 Wanted

Hello Rainer Seidel,

we also need urgently this chip as our production is coming to stop now. We make motors for solar driven pumps.

Have you been sucessfull in your search to get it ? In case yes, could  you give us a hint how to get them ????

Thanks a case we find it I will let you know or give you some for your development.
