Can one company purchase all of the assets of a bankrupt Certificate Holder, including the manufacturing location and engineering data, and operate with the same Certificates in the same location under another name? Must there be another ASME review? Any experiences?

Yes, you must reapply and have a review. See SecVIII Div 1 U-2,UG-117. You need to review eveything and control it. See Sec IX QW-201.1

Talk to your AIA,they should help you.

If you hold any of the National Board Certificates, you will also need to reapply and have a joint review of your Quality program.
