I will apreciate to know how to export and HYSYS 3.01 to make it readable to PRO II.

unless proII comes with such a converter i doubt that it exists.

With HYSYS you can import some PROII input files. However, if simulation is too complex or have non-traditional components you might get some errors.

Sadly this process can't be done backwards.
