It just happens that I was searching for Job Opportunitiies in the Foster Wheeler site (www.fosterwheeeler.com) and under "publications" they have an article on a new plant (New Hydrogen Plant Design Achieves Low Cost and High Efficiency) which might help you with som economics. THERE ARE A FEW TECHNIQUES FOR HYDROGEN PLANT(SEPRATION AND PURIFCATION)UOP, LURGI, LANDE, AND OTHERS ARE KNOW TO HAVE THEIR OWN PSA OR OTHER TECHNIQ FOR H2 SEPRATION.

What are the process specs, feed flow rate, feed composition, product purity required, etc?  Are you interested in a new unit or would you be interested in an upgraded rebuilt used unit.
