Triple square wrench

We are in the process of manufacturing a part that has a triple square (XZN spline) in one end of the shaft. We are looking for specifications or standards relating to this type of wrench spline. Can anyone lead me in the right direction? I find alot of tools that match the spline but no one has technical information.
