shafer actuator hydraulic pump model types

i have some shafer actuators that i am repairing and i need help with model numbers.  i can't read the serial numbers due to sand blasting, painting, and just lack of tag.  i have a manual hydraulic pump on one that has two shafts for the pump with a selector for witchever shaft u would want to use.  i was told u use the small shaft to get the valve to operate (ie ball break of off seat seal) and then use the big shaft to open/close the valve faster and with less stokes.  i am having troble finding manuals and part numbers for a seal kit.  i need to find a site with information on this type of pump.

thanks in advance for the help

I don't know if a web site will help you. I think you best route will be via the valve manufacturer, if the valve and actuator were bought as an assembly. Most valve companies will have records that are traceable via the valve serial number and this includes actuator models fitted to specific valves. The valve serial number should be on the ID tag and also hard stamped on the valve body.
