For designing hand or leg part of the robot,How you doing turning part of
it?The only way is to use a DC Motor.Or is there any other way???

Stepper motors or servo motors are fequently used in robotic applications.

thanks,
but there are some problems. How can I give motion to the robot.I mean Do i have to connect the DC motor and other part with a wire , string or
something?
Or directly I put it near wheel and DC Motor turns the wheel without any
other stuff?

You can make the mechanical connections between motors and actuators/manipulators a variety of ways. You should consider doing an Internet search to learn more about the basics of robotics and machine control. It sounds like you're in way over your head.
