Direct Acting PCV

(OP)
Looking for recommendations for direct acting pressure reducing valves, 20 - 100 gpm, up to 150 psi operating.  Normal range will be reducing 70-80 psi down to 50-60 psi.
Normally we do not use direct acting valves except as pilot controls, but we would like to purchase and test some alternatives for small systems see if there are any with low hysteresis, smooth action, etc.

Thank you for any suggestions for manufacturers you have used and like.

Call Delta-Power 815-397-6628. They should have what you are looking for. Please reply if this was any help.

RE: Direct Acting PCV

You could also try Fisher Controls at www.emersonsonprocess.com/fisher/, they're widely used in my industry (oil & gas production) in both liquid & vapour services.  We use them almost exclusively, though not necessarily because they're better than their competitors - just makes for common sparing & operator familiarity.
