RE: Mild steel Corrosion treatment in acid atmosphere.
This concrete must be special, compact and resist to acid deformation. Also easy to paint any epoxy or poliurethane.
As a reinforcement you should use polipropilen fibers. This provide you to less concrete consumption and good bonding and cost effective.
The best way shotcreting the steel structure uniformly (2 or 3 cm thickness)
These solution also effective for the floors.
