Hi there,

I'm currently working on a foreshore stack that currently has vertical strakes. We are looking to replace the vertical strakes with Helical.

It has been suggested that we modify the existing strakes (by drilling holes in them) instead of replacing them. I'm just trying to establish if this modification would solve the problem of high stack deflections as it would produce a significant cost saving.

If you could provide some relevant information on this subject it would be greatly appreciated.

Regards,
