Is there any wind tunnel software for road vechiles.

What would you like to compute--wind tunnel design itself or performance of a model within the wind tunnel (interference effects, etc)?

I used to work for a company that designed wind tunnels; we didn't use a "wind tunnel design program" per se, but rather compiled experience and performed experiments using typical design tools.  I can offer my assistance.

This somewhat goes along with this thread.  I am just trying to do a quick downforce analysis for our cars front splitters.  The downforce from the rear wing is relatively easy.  The question I have is when calculating the downforce from a splitter, how do I factor in the fact that there are many variables.  There is the air going over the top of the body of the car, and the air going through the radiators....ect.  So do I just use bernouli's equation using the velocity of the air going under the splitter and the velocity coming out right on top of the splitter, or do I use the velocity going over the top of the entire car? Or do I use the two velocties together.  The main goal of this is the be able to make splitter shear bolts so the splitter and mounting points don't get destroyed during an impact, and to be strong enough to hold the spitter on during high speeds.  I would be greatful for any input....keeping in mind this is a touring car.
