Patch or Microstrip Antennas for GPS Receivers

My question is three-fold:

What vendors are there for small patch or microstrip antennas for a GPS receiver?

Where might be a good source for information on designing such antennas?

And finally, does anyone have experience in the design of microstrip antennas for GPS and could give me some tips on things to do or not to do?
