I am running Catia v4 with the AD5 bundle. I need to ceate or convert a model from SolidE to SolidM. I have SolidE but the SolidM function is de-highlighted. Any help would be great.

Thanks

Hi dwoody1,
Verify you can get the SolidM license 'SOMS410' (license interactive function)

Hi dwoody1,
If your purpose is "only" converting a V4 ExactSolid (SOE) to V4 MockUpSolid (SOM), then we can use SOLIDE+EXTRACT+APPROXIM. The drawback of this is that the resulting SOM is isolated (and no history is with it). Hope it helps. Cheers. Kennis Tang.
