We are modifying a superheavy weight combot robot with a self righting mechanism. The motive force came from a Superwinch 1500 motor/gearcase. Took a while to get the self righting arms and bearings beefed up properly. Now we blew out the gearcase in the winch. Anyone know of a small, light yet heavy duty gear train that's on the market? The winch was 153:1 so 150:1 to 200:1 would do. The robot is 340# and no lightweight.
