Hi guys, need some help pls.
I would like to seperate my sealed head lamp units on my MK2 Golf. I have done this before on a MK1 golf, i did it buy puting the headlamp unit in the oven for 5-8mins, then it seperated. But that type of headlamp used a epoxy type glue, a hard one.
But on the MK2 golf headlampo unit, the sealant seems to be a soft type silicon sealant, white in colour. But i have tried it in the oven and it doesnt work.
I have thought of using some chemical type application, but i dont really know where to start, any ideas?
