STAAD Warning Help

STAAD Warning Help

(OP)
Hello all,

I'm designing a composite structure on STAAD pro. Upon analyzing, the structure has displayed multiple warnings of; Warning: Member has composite property assigned to it and hence the material constants are set as those of steel. Current specification is ignored except damping ratio. Please help in rectifying the issue if possible.

Thanks.

RE: STAAD Warning Help

Isn't there a STAAD forum that would have people more capable of answering this question.

Also, have you tried contacting their tech support?

I have tried accessing the Bentley communities forum but unfortunately couldn't get past the Terms and Condition as the submit button is nowhere to be found, which is apparently an ongoing issue encountered by those who had made an account recently.
Accessing their tech support also requires one to have an active account which I do not have.

RE: STAAD Warning Help

Can the properties be transformed to those of concrete by multiplying by n = Ec/Es?
