It looks like a normal grouted baseplate. Is it grouted correctly? Cannot tell from the pictures alone.

It would depend on the specs for the grout and grout pad. Best to have the engineer that designed the project weigh in. He/she would be the one to know.

Most of the pictures look normal to me. Not sure about the one where the two base plates have overlapping grout.
