I am looking for a SS316L, 1.2mm thcikness in full hard sheet form.
I am getting it but that sheet is not flat as it is a cut piece from a coil and is curved. So, would I be able to make it completely flat through 3 or 5 roller straightening machine?

Are full hard sheets suitable for making louvers?

They would either roller flatten (for thin material usually 7 or more rolls) or stretch level this sheet.
All material this thin would come from coil.
How are you going to cut it?
If you cut mechanically (shear or punch) you may get microcracking from full hard material.
If you have no issues with fatigue or SCC then hard material should work fine.
I would go 1/4 hard, I like double digit elongation values.
