No sense transporting it from Bolivia, if you want it in Iraq.

I dont have these contacts, but it would be better if you also state what type of condensate stabilisation you are looking for.
Flash stabilisation may consist of 2 stage separation with intermediate heat exchanger. Poorer recovery of C4plus. Quicker to build.
Stabilisation with a column gives you better recovery. Better recovery of C4plus
Also state what is required TVP of C4plus liquid product, type of vapor handling system you've got for the MP and LP flash vapors.
Contaminants in the feedstream such as H2S, methanol will complicate matters.
