ADAMS CAR Simple Traction Powertrain remodeling

ADAMS CAR Simple Traction Powertrain remodeling

(OP)

Simple question, from the powertrain_simple_traction in acar_concept:
Why do we have an "*" after throttle_scale, throttle_P_gain and throttle_I_gain?(I guess MSC missed that..)
Also, Based on this template I made a single wheel powertrain (traction). But here I see, I have(made) a variable [Template].phs_throttle_scale, however in the powertrain_simple_traction there is [Template].throttle_scale.

Although my model works, but I have this error:

Thanks!

So, I have the solution and would like to share.
The Single traction Motor was designed in a very old version of AVIEW/ACAR. The hidden thing are the Design Variable. Which you may either access through the 'Information' or the best way is to go to 'Tools' --> 'ADAMS View Interface', here you will find EVERYTHING.
You also need to accept the fact, that Simple powertrain is just to make your System move. Good option for Suspension engineers, who do not want to consider engine characteristics.
