Mode Steps problem

Hello.

I am running modal analysis on ABAQUS on a disk with damping materials on it but I keep getting modes that are 0.01 Hz frequency apart. Can anyone tell me what can be changed in the modal analysis step so that it ignores such modes and takes larger steps?
