International language camp

(OP)
Hello, forum

I have not found a proper thread for such issues. Please advise or guide me where I should move this post.

I am looking for a feedback from an experienced person has gone through this road before.

I have a kid 8 years old and I am seeking for a place for spending 1-2 months a year next ~10 years mostly summer. A place where a kid is able to know multiple cultures/views/ways to live completely different from local one to learn this world is huge and diverse.

A language camp is the first coming in a parent mind but I am not sure that it is worth to focus on as a foreign language is the occasion but not the reason. Giving freedom to imagination language is able to be replaced by sailing, programming, hiking. Any activity is suitable if it joins a good comunity.

I am located far enough from Americas so for the first glance EU&ME look like regions to start with.
