Are there any "optimizations" available with matching AMD GPU&Processor?

(OP)
When building a PC only for gaming, does one achieve any benefit if they pair an AMD Ryzen 5 7600 and faster processor on B550 or X570 chipset with an AMD Radeon RX 7000 series graphics card?

They're actually aren't any "optimizations" coming from interplay of Zen 4 Architecture of AMD CPUs nor RDNA 3 of Radeon RX 7000 series graphics cards.

I looked at infinity fabric, RDNA 3, and 3D v-cache...none work together in some way that would improve FPS over a non-AMD GPU. Rather these things have other benefits making the AMD Radeon RX 7000 GPUs best for gamers who desire higher FPS at the cost of turning off ray tracing.
