Regards to all!

It is that I bought the said book online by the given author in order to learn CAM skills in CATIA V5 software.

I am writing to you in the hope that you can help me.

Details about the book and related files are below:

https://www.hochschule-trier.de/hauptcampus/techni...

The problem arose when I tried to do exercise 3.8.2 (Innengewindedrehen (Ausrichtung: Innen)) on page 226.

When using the Rough Turning command in the Lathe Machining module I do not get the same result as the author. It's about the fact that in my case there is excess material.

I don't know how to correct that mistake, that's why I contacted you.

The author's file of the mentioned exercise is: Drehen_Gewindeschneidoperation_Innen.CATProcess

I contacted the author of the book but without success.

He told me that he had upgraded to a newer generation of 3DExperience software and that he couldn't help me.

In order to better understand my problem, I am sending you my file (26-7-2023-Process1.CATProcess) and a picture showing the mentioned excess material.

I looked through all my settings to fix the error but to no avail.

It would mean a lot to me if you could help me.

If you are not the right address for this question, can you direct me to whom to contact?

Thank in advance.
