Abaqus node problems

There can be various causes of this error, it's impossible to say exactly what's wrong without seeing the model. But you know the location (assembly_pickedset15) so check the definition of that boundary condition and try redefining it (or the node set used for it). See if there's anything special about it. Is it a reference point ? If yes, maybe it's not properly connected with the model.
