LNG tank outer tank compressive stress

Hi, there

I am working on LNG tank design especially for double wall steel tank. I was wondering if I need to apply the piping thermal loads imposed (especially - y direction) on the platform on the roof structure to the calculation of compressive stress on the outer tank?

Please let me have your kind reply..
