seems to be down or offline starting a few days ago?

Hexagon has decided that the Forums needed to be "Internalized". They started something called "Smart Community" hosted on SalesForce, but you have to have a current maintenance contract to gain access. The COADE Forums are still there (http://forums.coade.com/ubbthreads/ubbthreads.php?...), but they have been restricted to "read only". There is a great deal of very good technical information in these (COADE) Forums.

I suspect this Forum will have increased activity as a result of Hexagon's action.

I've asked/replied some questions in the CAESAR II/Smart Community forums, but there doesn't seem to be much activity there.
