Regarding the Modification of well-pad

Regarding the Modification of well-pad

(OP)
Hi Everybody,

We have a existing Well-pad resting on the soil, and there is a pipe at the center of the Well-head. The drilling ring will drill through the pipe (see the picture given below).

We need to modify the existing depth of the well-pad for some technical reasons, and the following solutions are proposed.
Option 1: Fill the well-pad with gravel and a layer of concrete mat. The environment where the rig pad exists has 6 months extreme summer and 6 months extreme winter (around -50 degrees). If water gets locked in the gravel during construction and when the temperature freezes, whether the expansion of ice will lead cracking of the well pad wall of new concrete slab. Please see the picture below for more clear information.

Option 2: Fill the well-pad with gravel and sand, with a layer of concrete mat.

Option 3: Fill the well-pad with concrete to the required depth. This adds more weight and money to the construction cost. However, IS there any problem to opt this potion. Also consider the freezing temperature after construction. Please see the picture below for more clear information.

Option 4: Fill the well-pad with Blinding concrete to the required depth. People will be accessing over the modified concrete and the blinding concrete may wear due to accessing the people and the machine or pipe placement. Please let me know your views. Please find the picture below.

Please let me know the best option or any other new option with the pros and cons of each option discussed above. Your suggestions are welcomed!
